1. Services Description
Rishi Coaches provides adolescent career counselling, wellbeing support, parent guidance, SEL programs, and related educational services. These services are delivered through 1:1 sessions, group programs, workshops, and digital resources.
2. Eligibility
Our services are designed for adolescents aged 13–19 and their parents or guardians. By booking a service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have parental/guardian consent.
3. Booking and Payments
Sessions are booked via Calendly or by direct communication. Payment is required before or at the time of service unless otherwise agreed. Program fees are communicated at the time of booking and are non-transferable.
4. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Cancellations made 24 hours or more before a scheduled session may be rescheduled at no additional cost. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a session may be subject to the full session fee. Group programs and workshops follow a separate cancellation policy communicated at the time of registration.
5. Confidentiality
Session content is confidential. We maintain professional boundaries as per ethical guidelines. Limitations to confidentiality include: risk of harm to self or others, legal requirements to disclose, and court orders. Parents or guardians receive a briefing at the start and end of an engagement but do not have access to individual session content.
6. Scope of Practice
Rishi Coaches provides developmental guidance and coaching — not therapy, diagnosis, or medical treatment. If a situation requires clinical intervention, we will refer you to an appropriate professional.
7. Limitation of Liability
Rishi Coaches makes no guarantees about specific outcomes. Our services are designed to support and guide, not to guarantee admission, career placement, or academic results.
